Roel Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 On behalf of a friend I like to ask for advice from local expats. Looking for a restaurant (nothing snobbish but decent) in the Silom area where they have lobster on the menu. His budget for a lobster dinner for two with a bottle of wine is around THB 4,000. Can this be done and if so, where?

Roel Posted March 9, 2009 Author Posted March 9, 2009 Thanks tb86. I will tell him to bring more money or to go for the Thai river lobster.
sabaijai Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 Thanks tb86. I will tell him to bring more money or to go for the Thai river lobster. For 'real' from the north Atlantic, the only restos I know that serve it are in 5-star hotels. For Thai river lobster (a type of crayfish), try Khrua Je Ngor.
TheWizardofRnR Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 The Coco restaurants had some kind of lobster promo....recently,might try them.....or hotel specials in the papers on Friday I think !
