I have a non-imm B extension until July 2009, based on the fact that I am working in Thailand.

However, my contract with my present employer will expire on March 17, 2009.

There will be a period when I am between jobs.

1. Will I lose my non-imm B automatically on March 17 ?

2. Should I go to immigration on the 17th, or could I wait for a couple of days without having to pay overstay ?

3. Will immigration give me one of those "7 days to get out of Thailand" stamps ?

Your extension will finish when your job finishes. You have to leave Thailand on that day or go to Immigration and apply for a 7 day extension . 1,900 Baht.

Thank you very much. I think this answers my three questions.
