Residence certificate from Canadian Embassy?
Thanks. Probably a dumb question but how do I get one, given I'm staying with my gf in BKK and the last one I got was from my serviced apartment in Samui earlier this year (which I've now given up)? My gf is a tenant and we've never bothered with TM30s. I wonder if she can make out a manual TM30 form as the occupier? I'd hate to have to go to the landlord because she's very slow to respond and probably wouldn't be helpful. -

When I lived in Thailand and mmarried, Ichanged my visa from married to retired because it was less hassle, andI had the income required. Now in my years of living and working in Thailand I've seen this so many times. I met an English guy, he married a girl, built a house and bought several flats putting everything in her name (idiot) then the second the house was built she kicked him out. He was then forced to stay at friens houses. He wasn't a bum just an idiot and there are a lot who live by "my wife wouldn't do that to me" but the answer is she will eventually. Give her all the cards and it's a matter of time. -
