Hi Vikingline,

it will be just a matter of luck regarding the rain. We see the monsoons changing at that time of year, but with only coming for four days, anyone saying yes or no here will just be guessing.

Regarding staying in Railay or Ao Nang, what do you want to do for your four days? If you just want to settle in at one spot, call it good, and enjoy, then go to Railay. If you want to spend one day at Railay, but then maybe visit other places nearby, jump a longtail to one of the islands right off the coast there, if you want a little nightlife, then stay in Ao Nang.

Rain or no rain, active or relaxing, you're going to have a good time. Enjoy.

James Bond Island will be a bit of a trek as it's in Phang Nga.

Sure, there will be trips to Koh Phi Phi. You have a bunch of the travel desks in Ao Nang, also at Railay.
