TWO child sex monsters — one branded a potential killer and the other who admits being a danger to children — are on the run.

Cops have posted the names of Keith Vincent, 65, and Keith Richardson, 61, on a “most wanted” internet site because all other attempts to trace them have failed.

Bald Vincent, from Salisbury, Wilts, is described as a potential child killer despite having undergone sex offender treatment in prison.

He has talked openly of his lust for under-age girls and his two previous victims were aged just 11 and 12. Cops suspect he might have fled to Thailand’s capital Bangkok.

Tattooed Richardson has disappeared from his address in Blackpool and has boasted: “I am a danger to children.”

Det Insp Neil Baxter, of Lancashire police, said: “We’ve exhausted every avenue to locate him. It’s worrying.

Two 'high risk' paedophiles on the run

A manhunt is under way for two "high risk" child sex offenders, including one from Salisbury, who have gone on the run, police said.

Paedophiles Keith Vincent and Keith Richardson are both on the sex offenders register and have failed to tell police where they are.

The two men, who are not thought to be connected, use multiple aliases and may have left the country, the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) warned.

Both have been placed on CEOP's Most Wanted website, which lists sex offenders whose whereabouts are unknown.

Vincent, 65, from Salisbury, is a "violent" offender and may have left the country for Southeast Asia or Europe.

He is white, 5ft 8in and balding with brown eyes and may be travelling under the name James Andrew and using the nickname Buck.

Richardson, 61, from Blackpool, may be living in Spain. He is 5ft 10in with brown hair, a moustache and a black panther tattoo on his left arm.

Breach of the terms of an order requiring a sex offender to register with police can result in a prison sentence of up to five years.

so basically there is no evidence either is in thailand, and no reason to believe either is in thailand, just the ramblings of some newspaper (and I use the term newspaper sarcastically) assuming that all pedos come here
