Can anybody recommend a construction engineer to do the construction plans that need to be presented to the land office? Someone that charges reasonable fees; what's a typical engineer's fee by the way? It's for a small, simple factory and a small house. Knowledge of metallic buildings would be a big plus. There is a Lebanese architect who is very good. His name is Mohamad Jesr and his number is 081-9937900. If he is not right for you he can probably recommend someone.

Khun Daeng at May 37 will be able to sort that for you. Fluent in English well versed in every building regulation in the Kingdom, no fuss just gets the job done.

I cannot recommend him highly enough.
