Tonyks
I used to have a retirement visa and my wife had a visa which was an extension of mine. Now have a Non Immigrant B visa and a Work Permit. Does the wife have to get her own visa now or does she still qualify for a visa under mine? I have tried to find this in past threads but failed. Sorry if this has been up before. Cuban
Am I the only one that is wondering if the OP's wife is a Thai national or not - helps those seeking to give a full and complete answer if the question is well thought out.....

To me it's clear that the OP's wife does not have Thai passport or Thai ID. If she did then she would not need a visa for Thailand. Unfortunately I can't help answer the OP's question. Mario2008
Your wife can still be a dependend of you, as long as you are on an extension of stay from immigration. It is the same as being a dependent of you when you were on an extension of stay based on retirement.

PoorSucker
Can also get a dependent visa even if you are on a multiple non-B. My friend and his wife has gone this route for eight years now. Latest multiple Non-B for him and Non-O for her from KL two months ago.
