I think you may have misunderstood what this company is offering.

Most UK Visa and Mastercards are also marked with the Cirrus and Maestro logos.

This means that they can be used to withdraw money from overseas ATM's that

bear the same logo.

The "minimum" cost is low, but the withdrawal limit is also low, £100-200 per day.

If you withdraw say £2000 over ten days you will pay more than the £20 that the bank will charge for a money transfer of that amount
