How To Get A Tourist Visa For Thailand

Hi ! all ,

I'm an Indian national and will be going to thailand in the june. I 'll going to thailand sometime in may. I'm going to do a celta course there. The duration of the course will be 30 days . Can i get a 60 day tourist visa for thailand before I leave from india? I believe i can get a further 30 day extension on torist visa in thailand from the royal thai embassy. I'm currently residing in pune, India. Is there a thai embassy /consulate here ? if not where is the nearby embassy or consulate ?

any advice will be appreciated .

Try contacting one of the Consulates or the Embassy.

India looks to be a 15 day visa on arrival country, so you'll probably need to apply for a regular tourist visa at the nearest Consulate.

The site should also tell you if you need a tourist vsia or not and for how long they give you.
