I think sweeney has found someone's new shop. It is a double shophouse. It is on soi Chiapornvitti, the road near the lights at Naklua Rd (or does it have it's own lights at the moment) that runs from Sukumvit past black pearl2 to the lake. It seems that Scott may have been more active than we may have thought. If there is enough evidence of his illegal activities we will have more options available to pursue him. I did get stung for 8000 baht for some stuff he sold on for me few months back, I went around today to collect and found the shop closed, came online to find some info... but I guess I am too late !!!! tbh i am not that surprised.. As I was the person who made the complaint to Immigration and asked the court to withhold his passport I would have thought they would have to contact me if the situation had of changed. So I doubt it very much if he is doing this,but I will be contacting the various authorities concerned to clarify the situation. It is a matter of public record that he is on bail and his passport was surrendered,I also believe his B Visa was suspended and he is entitled to a discretionary Visa every 3 months until the court case is heard. IMO all these rumors are to throw us of the trail, but that will not happen as we will follow to the letter of the law until this person is found guilty or innocent. So you dont want to know the truth. He got back into Thailand 13.April.2009 He is in and out of the country. At least 3 times in the last few months. How would telling you this throw you 'off the trail'? What is more possible, that he is actually coming and going or that some local offical has not called you. It's not like you can pay your way out of anything? Speak to who you have to... but once he is no longer here, your opportunity to recover is also gone. It's not about the money anymore, he had me over 5 years ago. it's about stopping him doing it to others and having to be accountable for his actions. I'm fortunate it's not affected me too much but still a bitter pill to swallow,especially with all the other stuff he possibly has done. it won't go away no matter what he does or where he goes it will follow him. all the people he took advantage of were people who were in a privileged position through hard work and determination, he seems to have forgotten that, they didn't achieved their good fortune by luck but hard work,he chose good natured people who give people the benefit of doubt. This will come back to haunt him now,as I and others will not give up to bring him to face his greed. If all this has helped anybody else avoid distress in their life then it will be worth it.
