I was in Pattaya yesterday and couldnt help but observe that many of the plod hanging around Pattaya had been disarmed. It was notiable they weren't carrying guns. Just now, Thai TV has been showing pictures of incidents in Pattaya with soldiers lined up against the Reds - but they have no guns!!!!!!!

Can't have gunfights in Pattaya broadcast all over the world. That would be Thai tourism DEAD.
