Well anybody just clarify one thing for me.

I know that VATrefund is available for everybody travelling from BKK to anoter country on a Tourist Visa, but is it also applicable if you are travellinf on Non-Immigrant "O" Class Visa also.

I need to know this before i travel to Bkk 'cause then i can choose the Visa that let me get a vat refund..

No, only Tourist visa holders can claim back the VAT at the airport. Be sure that you get a proper VAT Tax reciept etc. on all your items!
