Thaiquila
OK, I understand if you get a SINGLE entry tourist visa, you have to enter Thailand within 90 days, and then you can stay for 60 days on the visa. However, I am confused about DOUBLE and TRIPLE entry tourist visas. Obviously, you have to use the first one within 90 days. What about the second one? I would GUESS (but am not at all certain) that you would have 180 days from the date of issuance of the visas to enter Thailand for the second time and begin to use the second entry, and so on. Please clarify and inform. Many thank yous.
thaiflyer1
You guess absolutely correct you have 6 months in which to use the 2 entries on a double entry..............the problem arises for triple entries there are some Embassy/Consulates that restrict the "use by date" to 6 months only and others that will give you 9 months in which to utilise the 3 entries on a triple entry visa.........as with a lot of things its different from consulate to consulate.......Edit ive just checked one of the Consulate websites (Hull....UK) who used to advertise a triple as having a 9 month usage period and they have amended it so that all entries whether triple or quadruple must be used within 6 months. So there you go. Edited January 25, 2005 by thaiflyer1
