Recommended Housing Compounds

I am looking to buy a house in a compound with relatively easy access to Ekamai/ Thong Lor (no more than 10km distance).

House should be in a compound with club house, security etc. and the following characteristics:

- approx. 4 Bedrooms

- approx. 300 m2

- good building quality and modern design

- small garden

- compund should be well managed

- House should be new or max. 5 years old

It would be great to get some tips of nice compounds. Thank You.
