- Or anywhere 5-10 mins from Patong.

Amenities:

- 2-3 Bedroom

- Ideally Furnished (and nicely!)

- Aircon (bedroom only required, others a bonus)

- ADSL/Wi-Fi (faster the better!)

- Garden

- Fenced/secured

- Pet friendly (2 medium sized, well behaved dogs that will sleep outside)

- Car port

Price Range:

- 15-25k Per Month

Duration:

- 1 year onwards (been in my last place over 2 years now)

Loads in Kathu that fit that.. Initially I thought of all the drawbacks of living over the hill.. But its great being close to, but not in the noise heat and (lets face it) stench.. Yet I am 2kms from my front door to the Patong temple for its pluses.. Plus I am finding I am heading into better cheaper phuket town resturants and attractions much more, have central also mins away.. Kathu has worked out really quite centralised.

Loads for rent on my estate.. PM if you want numbers / location..
