Been driving for yonks, never tail gated anyone, and i am typically (when i get bored and measure) about 1 sec away even on the high way.

(on one go, I managed to get one of them in 0.000 - my finger just spazzed out exactly at the right moment.... sadly though, I had another itchy finger and shot my bolt before the sheep appeared - that 3 second penalty ruining my average time!)
