hanno
First photo looks overexposed, lacking vibrancy. also not straight, both easily fixed in Photoshop. Where did you take the photos?
BigSnake
Ok, look likes somewhere along the Mekong river. NKP. We have some of these flowers in our front yard, very beautiful excellent shade for our small fish.
yumidesign
First photo looks overexposed, lacking vibrancy. also not straight, both easily fixed in Photoshop. Where did you take the photos? you are wrong on both counts. If the first image was overexposed the color of the water lily in the foreground would be distorted or blasted out. The shot was taken in the early morning mist. The vibrancy is in the contarst of the color of the lily and the general softness of the scene. There is no strong horizontal element in the image to define 'straightness', neither horizon or horizontal linear The shot was taken in the pond at the right hand side behind the Sukhothai monument Edited April 20, 2009 by yumidesign

I thought you might like to see it. Edit/ this image links to the original even though the preview is different. ignore it Edited April 21, 2009 by canuckamuck
