Can a person working in Thailand for several years on a non-immigrant visa with a work permit get a similar visa for his wife who is not Thai?

Can't find the answer to this question after many searches.

I am from the US and work at a media company.

Thanks in advance.

I see no reason she couldn't.

There are no rules against that I know of.

She might even be able to get a work permit and stay on a dependent extension.

Yes she can if you are staying in Thailand with extensions of stay from Immigration.

Thanks for your help.

I am on my fourth yearly extension without any interruption in visa (actually haven't even left the country).

So it should be ok.

Thanks

And only after four years you want to bring in your wife :) .

I think he wife has been here the entire time.

What he was asking about was if his wife could also work and get a work permit.
