The sponsors section is section 8 not 6 so I presume you mean questions 8.2.9, 8.2.10 and 8.2.11, if so there's a section at the end of the application form explaining these questions. Asuming your a British Citizen you put your date of birth (or date you aquired British Citizenship) in 8.2.9 and 8.2.11 and supply a copy of the photo page of your UK passport for 8.2.10 .
