Do Thai and USA passport holders need a visa to visit Indonesia? We expect to be ther a bout a week. thanks

US citizens have to pay for a visa on arrival.

Fees for Visa on Arrival :

for 7 (seven) day visit = US $ 10,-

for 30 (thirty) day visit = US $ 25

you get the VISA ON ARRIVAL at most international airports and seaports. at several places, such as Jakarta or Bali, you can even use a different currency than $ to pay for the Visa (at a not-so-favourable rate, though) or pay by credit card.

make sure you have an onward-ticket.

unlike a decade ago, Indonesian immigration is usually hassle-free.
