Water Payment

As stated in a previous post, I live in a Condo (not a well known one), and my condo has decided to introduce a Payment scheme for the water.

Now, I have two rooms joined together, so 2 water meters, in one room I normally use about 2 units (15 baht per unit) and in the other around 4 units per month. The condo has introduced a scheme where we use "SCB Bill Payment cards", as I understand, I goto the Bank and using the card pay my Water Bill into their account, but at the end of the Month I have to pay 15baht for a Statement.

So, if I use 2 units of water in one room per month = 30 baht, I have to pay 15 baht for a statement, that is an added 50% charge to me.

So 2 rooms, 2 cards is a 30baht extra payment per month.

Does anyone use this sort of payment scheme, or has anyone any good suggestions, please do not say I should not wash!!!!
