It also depends on the diameter of the ring, the smaller ones can't pull it off the same way. I do agree with monkfish as well, but you can't have ringflash effect and depth at the same time. A background change could add depth. The shot is clean, sharp, and balanced though. A good shot for the picture wall. You must be a proud papa, she is a cutie.
