The guy in the vid is Iaughing. Its probabIy just a buddy pIaying a siIIy prank on him. I think peopIe dont reaIise sometimes how many hits their videos can get (some of course do, and Iap up the attention).

Yes, i would give him a hug. There's a group of ex pats here in Geneva who do that around the town about once a month - and it really brings a smile to the faces of a lot of people.
