May 13, 200917 yr Hi, need some help re above. My thai wife and I(farang) are divorcing and we have agreed on Assets, I need advice re chanoot. My wife wants a quick 50 baht divorce and i keep the house etc truck(my name) 2 bikes (her name). Chanoot her name with me added, not 30 year lease something they changed a couple of years ago means live there man and wife. I do not want to put in company name and don't have another Thai person i know that well to trust. Is there another way to take her name off (maybe care of lawyer as i want to sell) Also do I get that sorted and everything signed at lawyer then go to ampur for divorce. I will use lawyer obviously but i would appreciate advice from experienced falangs, so I know my options and I can instruct lawyer accordingly. Help appreciated thanks in advance.
