sanookbkk
I need to send a pair of headphones from Thailand to the United States for repair or replacement. I would say there is a 99% chance the company will replace them rather than repair them. So, my question is, how do I avoid paying a duty when these headphones are sent back to me? I'm hoping there is some sort of procedure for this. Some way to document that the item was sent out of Thailand and is re-entering the country? Does anyone know the procedure or have experience with this type of situation? I'd appreciate it....
