May 18, 200917 yr Can somebody confirm that these are the only requirements for 90 day reporting in Jomtien 90 Day Reporting The documents that need to be sent are as follows: - Copy of all passport pages (up to the latest arrival stamp in the Kingdom or latest visa stamp) Copy of arrival/departure card TM. 6 (front and back) Previous notifications of staying over 90 days (if any) Completely filled in and signed notification form TM. 47 Utility bill Thanks
May 18, 200917 yr Are you mailing in or doing it in person? In person you would only need your passport and the 90 day report slip. Plus for Jomtien some proof of address. And the TM47. For a mail in it looks about right.
May 18, 200917 yr Author Thanks Ubonjoe Doing reporting in person but I believe in taking everything that does not cost money I have learnt that this is Thailand
May 18, 200917 yr As UJ said you should only need passport and TM47. Jontiem for some reason want proof of address.
May 18, 200917 yr Agree that it is sometimes better to have to much than not enough. Where I report all I need is the form and previous report slip. They don't even ask for my passport.
May 18, 200917 yr The rules allow for somebody else to report for you. A note giving them permission to do it is required. Whether all immigration offices will allow it I cannot say.
May 19, 200917 yr As UJ said you should only need passport and TM47. Jontiem for some reason want proof of address. Last month I did my 90 days reporting in Pattaya. They didn't ask for any proof of address. WCA
