Ok sorry mods if this is in wrong place.

My question is this.

I have around 15 years experience in the Hotel industry in Canada and i would love to be able to obtian that here in a nice clean hotel as well.

I am more than willing to take the salary cut as i can not show a reason to hire me for a huge ammount.Say around 50-80k per month. I have put my resumes in with various hotels (yes some with very good contacts) but never seem to get the call back even after i do a short follow up myself. Can any of you give me some advice on this matter or some contact that would be looking for some one with 15 years under his belt.

I'm that tired of teaching though the wage is better than most.
