hi im rachel, im married to a thai citizen and we have a son 4 and half years old..and for almost five years i renew my dependent visa every year...now, is it possible to have 2 or 3 years dependent visa, so i dont need to renew every year..

I don’t know what you mean when you say that you “renew” your visa every year. Do you get a new multiple entry non-O visa from a Thai embassy every year?

If you mean you are getting extensions of stay each year based upon marriage to a Thai. One year is the longest extension you can get.

Since you are married to a Thai man you could apply for citizenship if you meet the requirements.
