I will move to the Cheang Wattana area( Muang Thong Thani-Nonthaburi) and I would like to have a reliable and high speed internet connection for a reasonable price( 2000 Baht/month max.) certainly because I follow the live stream news and sport programs from back home.

Back home I had ISDN with a 15MB speed, but its seems that in Thailand this is not available, also its seems that when you go international the speed is reduced up to 50%.

So advice is needed, because I'm a IT ignorant, when I read all the topics about Maxnet and Thrue I get confused about all the technical therms I just would like to have a decant internet connection, and if possible an cable TV network who have BBC and not only the music, sports and other Thai soaps.

Thanks in advance for the given advice.

Therms with Thrue? My DSL modem never put out that much heat. :)

True DSL is fine for me, but others seem to have issues now and again (and again, and again). The highest speeds may not be available where you live.

Maxnet Premier is supposed to be good.

It mostly comes down to what's available in your building. True is likely available, but Maxnet is hit or miss.

I'm not only an IT ignorant, but its seems that my English language skills needs some improvement also; maybe technical MUMBO JUMBO is more clear :) .

Anyhow thanks for the given information.

Can you tell me wich True package do you have, and in wich neighbourhood you live.

Talk to other people with ADSL in your Thai area. I am afraid this is the only way to find out what to take. I could tell you about my experience here in Pattaya. It would be of no help to you. But first of all find out what options you have at your location - hard to get 15 Mbps here... 1.5 Mbps is easier :)
