When I get to heaven,

Tie me to a tree,

Or I'll a-start to wander

And you know where I will be.

I just came back from traveling 2 months mostly in the South of India. The weather was quite hot but manageable. The long train rides (20 to 30 hours) in 2nd class sleeper non/ac were interesting and comfortable enough. Trying to find decent and cheap GHs while carrying a backpack (for 1 hour or more) during the season the Indian take their vacation, frustrating and difficult on my legs.

But all in all, not brutal at all.

Travelling is the art of getting lost.

Oh I get it's quote a famous quote day today. Got it.

Here's mine.

It's not the destination, it's the journey. :D

Don't forget to stop and smell the roses - that's mine :D Also don't forget 'travel broadens the mind' :)

Being healthy and travelling by bus/train/hitch-hiking/bike/feet through places unseen before, is freedom, someone, who never did that, cannot imagine.

:)

Op, depends if you're talking about traveling in the sense of getting away from it all on an extended break, or having to go somewhere such as to get the laundry or to Bangkok for a visa. There is a big difference.

Also don't forget 'travel broadens the mind' :)

Depending on the method of transport, your arse too.
