Hi,

I have to apply for my non imm ED visa. I just wanted to know if i can get one on Laos or Cambodia?? Has anyone got one there recently? I know i can get one in Penang, but I really hate that place and would much prefer the laos or cambodian consulates. Thanks alot Paul

Either one will do it as long as you have all the paperwork. Vientiane would probably be the best choice.
