Townhouse Required, Not Too Expensive!

hi,

i need a townhouse, like the title suggests, I'm after a townhouse at a decent price. I need to be relatively close to a BTS station, and be within a reasonable distance of schools. The place needs a minimum of 2 bedrooms, and a kitchen with appliances.

With regards to budget - I don't want to name a specific cost, but on the lower side would be most faesible - somewhere ~20K baht a month, but could pay more if the right place should come up.

If you could let me know of anything that meets this criteria, please let me know.
