September 23, 200322 yr well, at least, now we know that they really don't want us here, except for the few fortunate having skills that Thais need, and for the reachest of us who can afford to stay new rules everywhere, visas, work permit now! where will they stop? it's a real scarry time by now, I just hope that they will let me in when I'll be back from my trip in europe in january ??? who knows rules might change again
September 24, 200322 yr by now I have a non-0 multiple entry due to the birth-certificate of my daughter. so, I have two possiblities, make a re-entry or/and make a new visa in geneva where I use to go, as I know madame la Consul for a few years now. the problem is, are they going to change the rules for the non-o visas or leave it like it is? as I asked to George, and he said that probably the best would be to see the consulate in Geneva ... what do you think? we plan to go back to europe anyway, so it's just a matter of a few months ..., but if I cannot get this non-0 visa, they will give me a tourist one and then I'll be <deleted>&%$ .... problem! hum hum
September 24, 200322 yr Author Francois -- If you don't have your baby declared as a national of your country already -- do so. That alone will entitle you, as the Father of a dual national, some stay rights. Make that happen, or you're screwed. Kurt
