Hi there, unwittingly I have download 'incredimail.com' and now when I open my yahoo mail I found that all my in-box mails are gone and all in-coming mails are now directed to 'incredimail' account....I wish now to revert back to my yahoo mail account, so that all mails will go to yahoo instead of 'incredimail...

appreciate your help..thanks :)

Have you downloaded with Incredimail all mails via POP from Yahoo?

Then messages are not on Yahoo because you did not mark "leave messages on server"

Thats what I guess. During incredimail setup were you asked "collect mail from..." or something like that?

I think I must have downloaded via POP from Yahoo..I don't remember what I have clicked.....pardon I am not computer savvy..

So is that a way that I can revert back to my Yahoo mail..just ignore the Incredimail....thanks again

If you leave the messages on the Yahoo server they will be accessible via browser interface.

You have them on your PC as well. But the messages you downloaded are lost except Yahoo stores all mail in a separate folder like Gmail does.

In this case the messages are there. Check your Yahoo via browser again

Uninstall incredimail...
