You're joking, right!

Apart from the thai shops, the place is riddled with 7-11's and family marts.

The Coco Market in the Buddy complex has a decent selection (at the usual high prices for the good stuff).

There's no cheap, duty-free high-end booze at the Samui airport like you'll find in a big city airport.
