The Ashes

Featured Replies

:) Does anyone know if the cricket is being televised :D

it is, and i know a number of chiangmaiers who are very much looking forward to it. tuskers has been advertising ashes coverage for a while now and i believe that the owner chas is a big cricket nut.

As long as they aren't your OWN ashes then everything should be okay. There are enough Brits, Kiwis and Auzzies in Chiang Mai that someone should have that funny game you folks play. :)

Can't wait :)

Tuskers will be showing every minute of the Ashes live and cricket fans of both protagonists are very welcome indeed.

If you want to watch it at home I suspect WETV will be showing a fair bit of it but coverage will be fairly random. True sell Ashes packages by the day or for the whole series.

Bring it on :D

Hi All, Am in UK now but headed back to Ch Mai this week. Does anyone know for sure if True are definitely selling an Ashes Payview package this year, as UBC did in 2005? If they do I might forgive them a bit for taking away BBC Entertainment. If they dont, then a plague on them!!

If they are selling it I would have thought it would be in the June Magazine or being advertised onscreen?

Any info welcomed.

Multichoice has full coverage of the Ashes and the World Cup 20/20, in fact the Australia v Bangladesh warm up game is on live in 10 minutes.
