Help With Ilr Application

Hi

The time has come for my wife to apply for ILR and i have a couple of questions.

I am claiming child tax credit and the application asks if either of us are claiming this benefit, I was informed earlier that as i am married i have to claim this jointly with my wife (who has no recourse to public funds) so do i state that i am claiming alone or that my wife and myself are claiming this benefit bearing in mind she has no recouurse to public funds? (hope that makes sense).

Also

I am going to make an appoitment for the premium one day service does anyone have any idea how far in advance i need to contact them for an interview (Wifes visa expires Sept 09) and will my 6yr old stepdaughter who has the same visa as her mother also have to attend?
