hello

i am french married to a Thai staying in the next three years in bkk have a job and allowance of 30,000 for rent

i was thinking to buy instead a condo (allowance to be 1,080000 baht) and then sell it after 3 years maximum

what kind of condo sell more easily in bangkok one bedroom or 2 bedroom price between 3 million to 5 million for a two bedroom in Ekamai

good condo at soi 65 life@sukumvit near food store hospital school restaurant and Bts etc etc

need advice if i buy a two bedroom 60sqm will it be easy to sell it back in two/three year price today at 4,9 million baht

or do i buy a one bedroom 40sqm and sell it after two years price today at 3,4 million baht

30,000 sounds a little expensive to me.

20,000 will still get you something nice in BKK.

3 years is not so long. What happens if you buy then you start to dislike it?

If you rent,you can always jump ship.I understand it's dead money but like I say 3yrs is not so long.
