I have just seen this on a website. And how strikingly true it is. It is not aimed at Thais' generally, but all South East Asians.

I can't say I have seen many western "one-good-meal-a-day" waist lines (mine included). Now if he/she meant skimping on 2 meals and then having one whopping big dinner with beer and wine as a "good meal"..........

R: drive for hours jump out of car Taking picture is the most important, scenery is just for the background. Jump back into car after flicking V Victory sign for 2 minutes in 10 photos and then drive to restaurant to eat for 2 hours then back home .
