Looking For A "shared File" Program

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a program like MSN Messenger which allows to keep "shared files" with only 1 other selected user.

Every "user (Contact)" would have his own shared subdirectory on my computer and the shared subdirectory would be synchronised when the user is on-line.

Microsoft Groove is pretty good for collaboratoin and syncing.
