Family and my wife and some Bastard come along and burn one of them down.

So back to square one I guess. Luckily the fire did not spread to all the other units.

Just a bit of smoke damage. And despite about the opinion of the BIB from many

Posters here there were very helpful, they came out as soon I rang them and the

Forensic team followed just after that. They have a lot of prints and DNA and I hope

They will catch the bastard (I have a suspicion) But my hands are tied to say anything.

Not by the BIB but by my wife ( worried about me getting a bullet in the head) from the person who done it.

I guess every body has a story to tell, good or bad this is one of my bad one’s

WOW, you seem to be taking it all in your stride. Although your post is a little lacking on detail, if someone had burned down my project, or part thereof, I would stop at nothing to provide the BIB with as much info as possible. Whats to say the little ^%$^* wont come back again.

Are you an expat? If yes, how exactly do you get a work permit/Visa to build units and own property?

Please tone down the agression. Not everyone is aware of what a unit is, myself included. Are you referring to a flat/apartment? If yes, then not everyone uses the same terminology so please remember that when posting.

Sorry to hear of your problems Fred,(we Aussies understand what your talking about) its a real downer when your hard work is ruined.

Similar happened to us when they poisoned our fish , 100k of fish turned to fertilizer and NO insurance.

Yes, it would help to know what type of 'UNIT'. Accommodation? A single building to let to people? A dog kennel?

We do have sympathy for people who work hard and try to build a life for themselves here or anywhere and then they are subject to this type of attack and destruction. So please try not to take it out on us for enquiring

Boo I am not agressive at all I just posted my bad luck I did not insult anybody, if I did let me know, what I am trying to say I just lost every thing I have worked for and now I have to start again

Had a similar problem a few years ago fredhad our house in Aus on sale, while we were away in thailand squatters moved in,police and lawyers could,nt do much apart from serve papers, so I returned home and with the help of a mate, we served our own eviction notice, with the help of a a loaded shotgun and base ball bat, we confiscated their sailboards and jetski and camping gear until they had paid for the damages, I,m sorry fred I just cant afford to let people fxxk with our hard earned property , confucious say, do unto others as they will do to you only do it FIRST!!!!!!

In this kind of situation it's not a good idea to try to solve the problem by ourselve as we are farang, try to find a thai (Cop,....) to solve it for u for a couple of K baht.

So someone just try to burn every thing he worked for and you think the best thing he has to do is to keep his head down ?

This act of vandalism is the result of a problem witch have to be solved in the best possible way (and I do not advocate violence).
