Can someone please let me know the minimum number of annual leaves allowed under Thai Law for Expats working under Work Permit in any company in Thailand.

Thanks in advance for a quick response.

Expat or local, the law is the same:

- 6 days minimum of annual leave

- 13 days of public holiday

- 30 days of sick leave

- One day off a week

Google: Thailand Labor Law

Bet you have really upset the OP, as because he is farang, he believed he was entitled to more than what the law allows... :)
