Visa Question

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am a US permant resident with a Taiwanese passport. Does that mean I get to stay in Thailand without a VISA for 15 days or 30 days? Also, is it complicated to apply for a VISA if needed? I live in San Francisco but the nearest Thai Amb. is in LA. I don't know if it is safe to mail my passport and green card but I also don't want to fly down there to apply in person. Any advise?

thx

A Taiwan passport holder must have a visa to enter Thailand. A 60 day tourist visa is available to you at Thai Consulates, or a 15 day visa can be applied for on arrival. The mails are fairly safe and you can also use Fedex etc
