im currently in england with my thai girlfriend, have a chance to go to spain next week to see my mate, but honestly cant find out anywhere if her visa would cover that trip?

She will need a Schengen visa, from the Spanish Embassy. Good luck - it is not an easy process.

I would advise getting there as early as possible in the morning; I once went to the Netherlands Embassy in London for such visa and was number 98 in the queue - I arrived at 7:00 and they only allowed 100 people in...
