Hi I have a samsung f480 tocco phone with a DTAC sim card it connects to the internet OK but i cant get it to pick up my home emails whatever settings i put in it seems to allways say no response? Any ideas what the settings should be. These are all the options on my phones email settings menu

It could be a whole slew of different reasons -

Check your mail from cyber or PC to ensure it works, then copy settings to phone.

It might also be a 'time-out' error - LOS nets are slow

Increase the time to check mail - keep on server.

DTAC was never easy - walk into a store near you and let them configure it for you.

Could not get this to link to previous -

Go to the mobilephone (Samsung?) site and look for the email setup - therein will be a list of countries & ISP - they will text all the correct setting directly to your phone, all you have to do is accept the install.

You can do the same with the DTAC site - more pushups though.
