This has just shown up on my Internet Banking account

Transactions abroad

There is a 2.75% foreign exchange administration fee for every overseas transaction and an additional 1.5% charge (minimum £1.50) for cash withdrawals.

Lloyds TSB Bank plc and Lloyds TSB Scotland plc are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Don't know if this applies to ATM withdrawals, but I expect it does. This is double the rate I have been paying, so be warned!
