I just keep it for next time. But I usually plan things to have less than 3000-4000 baht left.

It is nice to arrive in Thailand with a few baht in my pocket, specifically smaller notes. No need to rush to the ATM in order to be able to pay for the taxi.

I just keep it for next time. But I usually plan things to have less than 3000-4000 baht left.

It is nice to arrive in Thailand with a few baht in my pocket, specifically smaller notes. No need to rush to the ATM in order to be able to pay for the taxi.

I leave the few baht I have left in my thai bank account.

Avoid paying the banking charges at poor exchange rates abroad they are criminal in my opinion.
