I respect mc2 because he believes in his convictions. Its nitwits like Ferwert that come in shouting (repeatedly) "conspiracy" without the skills to back up their claims and assertions, that make make my "ignore" button itchy...

The trouble is, he doesn't believe in Thaksin's convictions though, despite the man being guiltier than a blood and feather bedaubed fox in a henhouse, wearing a "Mister Guilty" collar.

In fairness, that is a good point, and he is consistent.

Sorry, I will have to disagree strongly with you ladies....NOW THE PAIR OF YOU, Give yourselves an uppercut. The man is a raving lunatic, he has a blind passion, he believes in ramming his filthy religion down everyone elses throad, hes that pimply little JW thats knocking on your door on Sunday morning irregardless of the sign saying "No God Botherers".

Consistent, yeah thats like when you eat too much som tum and the runs keep dribbling out of ur freckle for a few hours.....thats exactly how it is.

Theres nothing like 'pounding' YOUR ONLY OPINION down everythroats in half a dozen or more boring threads about some filthy slimey dirt bag who profited from raping the purse of poor people. He was the kind of man that would smile to your face and then bury a nine inch blade into your shoulders the minute you turned ur back. Other than that, this vile individual wasnt too bad.

The options here, not much better, if at all.

Anyway, I have no doubt that we will see some more stupidity about this man and even after he is dead, I am sure there will be people claiming he can came back to life and save us all. :)

  • Awright, lets count 'em...."Fugitive former PM........", ".....to celebrate the birthday of the fugitive". A short five line article, but they managed two "fugitives" I am waiting for an article going something like this, "fugitive, fugitive, fugitive, fugitive, fugitive, fugitive, etc. etc. etc." You get the point. Typically it is used at least twice per article, regardless how short it is. So the directive from on high not only decreed that it must be used in every article, it must be used twice.
  • ".....his red shirt fans....." Doesn't it concern you compromised Farang musicians that at no time, ever, is there the slightest sliver of acknowledgement in this agenized media that there may just be a teeny-weeniest element of pro-democracy fervor to the Red Shirts. For those of you musicians who have never been near a Pro-Democracy Red Shirt event, you totally lack in credibility, so dont bother pontificating about the Red Shirts. All you guys do is parrot others. For my non-feathered friends who have been to Red Shirt events, you know the centrality of their entire message is that of promoting electoral democracy. Yet the English media agenda is so hidebound and so controlled by those who set the agenda, they pointedly refuse to give the slightest acknowledgement of the Democracy overtones between the Pro-Red Shirts and anti-PAD/New Politics. But yet you Farangs from countries with deep Democratic traditions seem to be totally clueless about this. It never ceases to amaze me. I like to bug you guys with the analogy of all of you being "musicians playing off the English Language Media song and music sheets" , but it perplexes me. How can this be. Unbelievable..mutter..mutter...mutter!
  • One more point, you Farangs should know that the pro-democracy red Shirts are your friends. They respect you guys enormously, simply because you come from countries with deep democratic traditions. They think you Farangs "get it". Try to get out to a Red Shirt event near you, and you will be treated royally. I guarantee it.

1) He is a fugitive. So that part is quite accurate.

2) I have been to a red shirt rally. Been right in the middle of one actually. What I saw didn't change my opinion one bit. But, now you must respect me for my attendance. I await your respect.

3) Red shirts are my friends. Yes, Im sure they are. But I don't like their boss so much, and he is the one calling the shots, so I have to respectfully refuse your hospitality.

It doesn't matter what we say, he can't see it as I believe that we are both on ignore. As for him being consistent, he does have that right to express his opinion however droll and unbelievable as it is.

As for Thaksin coming back to life, I am sure that many of his rabid followers would believe that he could do that, it would be nice to see if he could actually do it, bullets anybody?. :D

You have been to a Red Shirt event, and you speak the way you do.....You were at an event.....really? I would like to believe you, but......................Hmmmmm.

My point about the "fugitive" thing is not to debate whether it is a suitable descriptor. My point is the repetitive consistency it is used by the English language media. There are many indicators of it's anti-democracy agenda, this being the most obvious one. Once you are sensitized to it, you begin to see the obligation reporters are under.
