Thailand Map Project

We are a group of mappers who enjoy our hobby while producing free maps for everyone.

<edit: link to another forum deleted as per forum rules>

and we have done mapping for Malaysia, Singapore, East Malaysia and Brunei. Our maps update everyweek.

And now, our next project is to map Thailand.

In order to have accuracy of the map, we need all the GPS Track and POI that you have to share with us.

For any GPS users in Thailand who are planning to visit Malaysia, you can download the map. The maps are available for all Garmin, Holux and Papago devices.

And it is 100% FREE. And we will do the same for Thailand.

You can email it to me <edit: email address removed for spam protection reasons. Please send a PM>

Good to see you here Alyem. I've been quietly following your group since its inception (split). Looking forward to following the progress on the Thailand project.

If you folks get bored, you could always take on the Philippines. :-)

I'm planning on bringing my 755T and probably the older M4 upon my return later this year so may be able to help with tracks if I do some travelling around LOS.

Alyem,

I am very happy to hear of your Thailand map project.

Your group produces the best looking GPS maps that I have ever seen. I am not presently located in Thailand, but when I am, I will be certain to support your Thailand map project with information.

I only hope that many of the TV members and others will support your Thai map effort so that we may have the same quality beautiful maps that you have produced for Malaysia.

Thanks to your group for your beautiful work. Your maps make all the others look like they were produced by children.

TV members: Go to their website and download their FREE maps of Malaysia. If you like what you see, then please help these guys out. We will all benefit from it.

Thanks.

Bro Issanman,

Thanks for interest and support to our MFM Community.

To have a good looking and handsome maps, we need all the feedback and information from the GPS users. And we need all voluntarity expert from the community to produce a fine maps.

Hopefully our Southern Thailand map can be launch by September. It wouldn't be as good as Malaysia map for a start, as we have 0 zero information from Thailand GPS users.

With our 1st FREE Southern Thailand map, we hope the community of Thaivisa forum can support us with lots of GPS information in Thailand.

Regards,

Alyem
