Hi all, I hope someone can help me with some tips and correct procedures to obtain a one month tourist Visa to Australia. I want to take my 50 year old Thai lady friend with me for a one month trip to Australia when I renew my Non Imm O Visa in October. All I hear and read are horror stories regarding obtaining the tourist Visa for her.

I have paid for her return airfare and will take out travel/medical insurance for the duration in Australia.

She has a steady job, two adult male children, one working, one studying.

Should she be applying for 676 or 48R.
